Job Description
Join Brooks Automation, the worldwide provider of automation, vacuum and instrumentation solutions, as our Senior Business Systems Analyst and continue your already stellar career in Oracle 11i support and applications. As a member of our Oracle Service Team, you will act as our Depot Repair (E-Business Suite) specialist, responsible for supporting the existing system and driving new modules to support a global multi-site repair organization.



Your proven business sensibilities will come in handy as you develop, coordinate and implement plans to test business and functional processes, lead functional acceptance testing, and document the entire process; all leading to your evaluation of the impact a process change might have on the system and guide process definitions accordingly. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) will get your name to the top of our list, as you will be expected to provide resolution to support issues and consult with business partners/process owners to analyze and understand requirements, objectives, desired features and input/output requirements. Equally important will be your ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams, because while your understanding of system configuration is paramount, you will be working with our development team to bring new application requirements to life (no hands on development required).

Required Skills
A minimum of 5 years ERP Oracle Applications 11i proficiency and experience required in the following areas: Depot Repair, E-Business Suite (EBS), Teleservice and Installed Base; plus a knowledge of configuring the application and new process development within a global multi-site repair organization.

We are looking for a Senior Development Lead who will lead a team of 4-6 developers to execute on a new project in the group, a strong team formed to quickly deliver to our customers innovations and improvements in our core Desktop Virtualization offerring. The dev lead for this position needs to be able to provide technical leadership and act as a people manager for the group of talented developers assigned for this project.

Job Requirements:
- 5 years or equivalent of recent C++ development experience for a shipping software product.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge and experience is required.
