Blog to Twitter makes it easy

A few blogging sites make it easy to communicate your blogs to social media and communication channels. I'd like to hear how many of you on blogger have successfully used this resource.

Many have responded that Blogger makes it harder than other sites to link to twitter, Linkedin and various email lists.

Job Summary: This role is responsible for growing UST Global’s business by developing new revenue and increasing existing revenue. This role will focus on enhancing and maintaining superior customer relationships in current partnerships and creation of relationships for future partnerships.
Key Functions
• Responsible for business expansion, developing strategies and leading implementation of plans to ensure revenue growth.
• Build and maintain superior customer relationships with key critical stakeholders (CIO’s, Sr. Management) of existing and potential customers.
• Excel in client relations and maintain superior customer satisfaction levels.
• Develop in-depth understanding of the client’s business domain to ensure full alignment of IT service offerings.
• Identify, retain and develop high potential talent to build and sustain the company’s future.
• For Global Accounts; partner with the GM to ensure client satisfaction. For Regional Accounts without a dedicated GM, act as CEO partnering with HR, Global Delivery and other necessary functions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Accurately forecast and report annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.

• Recognized by the Client as “Trusted Advisor”. Create and maintain superior customer relationships with all critical stakeholders on current and potential accounts.

• Build Client trust and understanding of UST Global through facilitation of UST practice leaders and its principles.

Business Development / Account Growth
• Expand business revenue, selling service-based engagements to current and potential Clients.
• Know and internally communicate Client’s business priorities and domain to assist with alignment of deliverables and potential offerings.
• Identify, retain and develop high potential talent to build and sustain future growth opportunities.
• Strong retention capabilities that target 10% threshold
• Accurately forecast financial requirements.
o Understand financial modelling and P & L implications
Competencies Required for Position: (also includes required experience)
Core Competencies:

Minimum of 18 months experience with close client partnerships
Experience with minimum client size of $1M
Must have year over year revenue growth in past portfolio
Experience with global teams; ratio of 35% onsite 65% offsite
Strong presentation skills; capable of putting together effective proposals with successful presentation to client
Strong selling experience
Excellent communication skills speaking clearly, concisely and with appropriate simplicity
Strategic
