Okay so I know you all are savvy with technology. I tweet,blog,search,post etc all the time to get people to link to our roles as the site is not convenient.

I never knew about bit.ly!
A hiring manager just told me about it, I felt like an idiot. Luckily other recruiters that I respect didn't have a clue. So I'm sharing. If you already have it, thank you for not laughing. Actually I advise to use it for all your job descriptions, it fits in tweets!
