We are looking for a Senior Development Lead who will lead a team of 4-6 developers to execute on a new project in the group, a strong team formed to quickly deliver to our customers innovations and improvements in our core Desktop Virtualization offerring. The dev lead for this position needs to be able to provide technical leadership and act as a people manager for the group of talented developers assigned for this project.

Job Requirements:
- 5 years or equivalent of recent C++ development experience for a shipping software product.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge and experience is required.
- Extensive knowledge of object oriented design, concurrency and multithreading.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and demonstrated experience with debugging and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
