We are looking for a Senior Development Lead who will lead a team of 4-6 developers to execute on a new project in the group, a strong team formed to quickly deliver to our customers innovations and improvements in our core Desktop Virtualization offerring. The dev lead for this position needs to be able to provide technical leadership and act as a people manager for the group of talented developers assigned for this project.

Job Requirements:
- 5 years or equivalent of recent C++ development experience for a shipping software product.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge and experience is required.
- Extensive knowledge of object oriented design, concurrency and multithreading.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and demonstrated experience with debugging and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The following will strengthen the applicant’s qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of Windows internals.
- Experience with system programming or management systems.
- Strong technical leadership and proficiency in architecture and design.
- Deep understanding and passion for IT Professionals as customers.
- Experience in leading a dev team, and growing software developers.
- Strong hands on object-oriented programming skills in C++.
- Strong track record of delivery.
- Experience with Test-Driven Development and other Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with application packaging/repackaging solutions.
