Tips and examples for Sourcing language specific positions

Think Simple and Community.

e.g.
If you are on the hunt for Japanese speaking accountants look to what you know, and what you can find simply. Here are some samples of questions to ask as you start your sourcing.

Use your local DOL---they have lists of companies that operate in US and Japan, that may help you, or whom you can source from.

*Are there Japanese Language Clubs that meet weekly at your local high school?

*Is there a college professor that teaches English or Japanese that you may interview?

*Is there a local community or cultural center that has a job posting?

*Where do accountants English or Japanese speaking go to get certified, or review new laws?

If you start with the basics you are bound to meet someone whom will direct you to avenues with results.
