Detailed knowledge of Contact Centre technology around routing intelligence, IVR, CTI, voice integrations and desktop integrations
* Detailed understanding of Cisco CTI, SIP Server and Voice Platform architecture
* Knowledge of messaging protocols
* Experienced with installing and configuring single and multi-tenanted solutions
* Methodical approach to troubleshooting and testing
* Capable of planning environment builds including server OS and RDBMS specifications
* Detailed understanding around the design of Cisco Unified Contact Centres
* Detailed knowledge of voice, signaling and message paths for a Pre routing Service Provider integration and Post routing Enterprise integration for both IP and TDM voice solutions
* Hands-on knowledge of Cisco Contact Centre application install, build & integration incl. O/ S & D/ B requirements
* Detailed hands on knowledge of Cisco Contact Centre Configuration and Scripting
* A background in Contact Centre application integration to include failover, resilience, feature & functionality testing
