UST-global is seeking Mortgage Underwriters to work at client site delivering solutions.

Location: Downers Grove IL, Dallas/Fort Worth TX and Phoenix AZ.

Underwriting Job Description:- Perform loan file review and underwriting to determine compliance with investor guidelines, underwriting philosophy, policy, and procedures.
- Ensures timeliness, accuracy, and productivity levels established by management Work

Experience: - Minimum Five years underwriting experience required Knowledge of DU/LP/Zippy
- Minimum of 2 years of contract underwriting experience
• Direct experience in Lenders, Investors, Government and Underwriting Programs requirements
• Knowledge of all documents used by the Lender in the origination of FHA, VA and Conventional loans
• Computer literate with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access (or equivalent database reporting programs); experience with the ACES Quality Control system highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work efficiently with a low margin of error, and with minimal supervision
